Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within: 10 days of delivery and ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
Returns and exchange details
We you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren't satisfied please contact me for a refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving it. Please note If there is no defect with the items received shipping will not be refunded. Customers must pay for return shipping unless the jewelry is faulty. All items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be issued once returned items are received.
When will my order ship?
Everything is made to order right here in our Carmel Valley studio. Orders ship 3-5 days after a cleared payment.
Orders will ship via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. We do ship internationally however only partial tracking is provided for these orders. International orders take around two to three weeks to arrive but on occasion may take longer if held up at customs.
Please be aware that some countries may charge a customs fee. Any duties, customs fees, insurance or charges for other shipping methods are the buyer's responsibility. If you want your international shipment insured, or have any special handling or shipping requests, please let us know before finalizing the purchase. Please double check your address when ordering, we cannot refund misdirected packages.
How keep brass jewelry shiny?
BRASS is a zinc/copper alloy golden-yellow in color. The finish on new, raw brass pieces will glow beautifully, though will patina to a deeper color. Avoiding contact with lotions, oils, humidity, and sweat will help to keep brass bright, & storing jewelry in a zip-lock will help to maintain its finish. Jewelry polishing cloths are fantastic for brass; the Sunshine brand is recommended. Ketchup on a soft rag or a bit of baking soda paste are also great for shining up brass.
What does gold filled mean?
14K GOLD-FILL is made with a substantial layer of gold (1/20 t.w.) bonded to a base metal core using heat & pressure. The gold is so thick, it can be soldered and handled similarly to solid metals. With care, the gold will not chip or fade as it will in plated components. Gold-fill acts, feels, & looks just like 14k gold.
